We work with customers from the early stages of product development, reviewing design, construction, material and production requirements before manufacturing begins.

Our team coordinates fabric, trim and component sourcing according to design, performance, commercial and certification requirements.

Patterns, prototypes, fit samples and revisions are developed before bulk production to establish the approved product standard.

Fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery and other external processes are reviewed against approved requirements before entering bulk production.

Core garment manufacturing is carried out at our Havsa production facility with an in-house monthly capacity of 100,000 pieces.

Quality is controlled throughout the manufacturing cycle through pre-production checks, inline controls, finishing control, final inspection and metal detection where applicable.

Final packing, shipment coordination, logistics and international freight management complete the production cycle.
