How it works

Embroidery creates artwork with stitches applied by computerised embroidery machines. Stitch type, density and thread selection are controlled according to the approved design.

Embroidery types we offer

Flat embroidery, chain stitch, needlepoint, corded embroidery, 3D (puff) embroidery, appliqué, chenille embroidery, sequin embroidery and pearl & stone embellishment.

Typical uses

Logos, monograms, lettering, decorative motifs and placement details on sweatshirts, hoodies, T-shirts, shirts, jackets, caps and dresses.

Production considerations

Artwork digitising, stitch count, fabric weight and stability, backing, thread colours and placement should be approved on a sample before bulk production.

Quality starts before production

Relevant fabrics, trims, artwork, print or embroidery requirements and other value-added processes are reviewed against approved product requirements before bulk manufacturing begins.
