Application
Patches can be sewn on, heat-sealed with an adhesive backing, or a combination of both, depending on the garment and wash requirements.
Production considerations
Size, edge finish, backing, attachment method, placement and wash performance should be approved on the sample.
Quality starts before production
Relevant fabrics, trims, artwork, print or embroidery requirements and other value-added processes are reviewed against approved product requirements before bulk manufacturing begins.
