How it works

Satin stitches are sewn over a foam layer. The needle cuts the foam at the edges, and the excess is removed to leave a raised, rounded surface.

Typical uses

Bold logos, letters and graphic elements on caps, sweatshirts, hoodies and jackets.

Production considerations

Works best with bold shapes and wider columns; fine details and small text are not suitable. Fabric stability, foam thickness and stitch density are confirmed on the sample.

Quality starts before production

Relevant fabrics, trims, artwork, print or embroidery requirements and other value-added processes are reviewed against approved product requirements before bulk manufacturing begins.
