How it works
Ink is pushed through a prepared mesh screen onto the garment with a squeegee. A separate screen is made for each colour, and each colour and artwork setup is controlled according to the approved design.
Colours
We screen print from 1 up to 8 colours. Plastisol and water-based inks are available, with special effects such as puff, glitter, metallic and high-density on request.
Typical uses
T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and tops, especially logos, lettering and graphics in solid colours.
Pre-production checks
Artwork, colour matching, dimensions, placement, print appearance, curing and compatibility with the selected fabric.
Quality starts before production
Relevant fabrics, trims, artwork, print or embroidery requirements and other value-added processes are reviewed against approved product requirements before bulk manufacturing begins.
